Karen Reinthaler is a Commercial Realtor with Liz Moore and Associates and has been thrilled to work with them for the last four years.
She is extremely versatile and experienced and is always happy to work with an assortment of many different types of business clients: Tenants, Buyers, Landlords or Sellers in the Office, Retail, Land or Development marketplaces throughout the Hampton Roads and Virginia. Liz Moore and Associates and Karen's #1 Priority is the "Client Experience"!
Karen is a "people-person" and her focus is to know her client's businesses inside and out so that she can quickly and efficiently locate their ideal property and negotiate the best terms. Liz Moore Preferred Vendor Program ensures ease and promptness of turnaround time into the new property. Karen will also actively assist her clients in marketing their businesses to others.
A Northern California girl from birth, Karen graduated from San Diego State University ( an "Aztec" grad) with a Bachelor of Science and a Teaching Degree in Secondary Education. After a short stay in teaching and coaching, Karen joined Motorola C&E Division for 9 years in the Marketing Department as a Marketing Manager for the 6 Western states. Joining her husband on the East Coast in Williamsburg, Virginia, Karen achieved the President's Club with Cintas Uniforms. As a couple, they moved to New Jersey and worked in The Big Apple… New York City! Karen called on Corporate Accounts for Sprint PCS with the 1st digital cell phone, quoting the now famous commercial, "Can you hear me now?”. Karen worked in sales at "The Kodak" and throughout NYC and NJ as the "digital world" was taking over the "35mm" world and she still managed to develop new distributors. After enjoying great success in the big city, Karen and Joe returned to Williamsburg where Karen entered the Commercial Real Estate business with Divaris Real Estate.
Karen is in love with her husband Joe Picariello, and has four fantastic step-children and four darling grandchildren. She is forever the athlete and loves walking, biking, football and any other sport you can think of. Karen especially enjoys spending time with family and networking with friends. She attends Williamsburg Community Chapel, "Leading Edge" Referral group and multiple charitable groups including "Beyond Boobs, Inc.", “Kiwanis Satellite Club of Williamsburg” & BLING (Business Ladies of Industry Networking Group) whom she would do anything for.
