Lilly Pond Road bridge reopened in King & Queen

KING & QUEEN – Route 612 (Lilly Pond Road) in King and Queen County has re-opened to traffic at the bridge over Dragon Run.

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) replaced the bridge’s steel beams and timber deck, and installed new railings.

Approximately 85 vehicles a day cross the bridge, according to a 2012 VDOT traffic count.
