Travel Q&A: Where are the hidden cruise fees?

Q. I read with interest your column about hidden hotel fees. Hotels aren't the only sneaky ones. I'd always read that cruises were all-inclusive — not so. Can you print some of the big hidden fees with cruises to warn potential passengers?
