Norwegian's winter plans for 2013 heavy on Caribbean, return to Mexican Riviera

When Norwegian Cruise Line today announced ship deployment for the 2013-2014 winter cruising season, it highlighted that it will sail six ships cruising the Caribbean from four different ports. Of note though will be NCL's return to cruising the Mexican Riviera after more than a 2 1/2-year absence.
