Disney Debut Characters In Flight Helium Balloon
The Characters in Flight helium balloon, the new tethered-balloon experience at Downtown Disney, hovers over Planet Hollywood as it takes guests up 400 feet above Buena Vista Lagoon. The balloon — the Aéro30 — was built by Aérophile S.A., a company with headquarters in Paris, France. It is billed as the world's largest tethered gas balloon, and is attached to a gondola that is 19 feet in diameter and holds up to 30 guests at a time.
