Rating Central Florida Roller Coasters
Central Florida's attractions have nearly two dozen roller coasters -- including Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, which opened in August 2009 at Universal Studios. Theme Park Ranger Dewayne Bevil rates them on thrills from 1 (mild) to 5 (wild) and scores them on their overall atmosphere.
So strap in for a wild (virtual) ride through Walt Disney World parks, Universal Studios Orlando, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and Old Town. And remember -- these are the big-boy rides so you MUST be 42 inches or taller!

First up
Head-over-heels with intensity. These top-tier rides -- like Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, above, at Universal Studios -- go fast and might turn you upside-down.
