Photos: WindSeeker tower swing ride at Knott's Berry Farm and other parks
The $5-million WindSeeker thrill ride is expected to open at Buena Park's Knott's Berry Farm in mid-July. Similar tower swings at Cedar Point and Kings Island in Ohio are scheduled to debut this summer, with a nearly identical version of the ride already operating at Canada's Wonderland in Ontario.

WindSeeker will carry 64 riders in twin-seat gondolas to the top of the tower, where the ride's metal arms will extend out at a 45-degree angle and spin for one minute at 30 mph.
