• Mount Snow ski report and snow conditions
Things are definitely looking up for Mount Snow, a traditional favorite with metropolitan New Yorkers due to its relatively close proximity (four hours), its extensive intermediate terrain that accommodates whole families, and its lovely and lively base community of West Dover. For starters, it is now under new ownership, and Peak Resorts has already coughed up $6 million for neglected maintenance and delayed upgrades, and plans to spend an additional $3.5 million to enhance the snowmaking
system. So if you haven't thought Mount Snow recently, this might be a good year to reconsider.
