A peek at New York City, all decked out for the holidays
The lighting of the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree doesn't happen until next week, but New York City’s stores, streets and showplaces are already dressed up for the holidays. About 5 million visitors are expected in NYC between Thanksgiving and New Year’s. Many are shopping, but some come not to buy but to admire these works of art that turn the Big Apple into a big wonderland. Here are some of the scenes.
