First-class soccer action will arrive in Las Vegas on July 3 as two of Mexico’s top teams compete in “El Super Clasico” at Sam Boyd Stadium.
The match will pit Chivas de Guadalajara, often considered Mexico’s best team, against Club America of Mexico City. The game is the first of several during a U.S. tour by the Chivas team.

Club America has the distinction of winning 33 titles during its 96-year history. The most followed of First Division teams, it’s commonly known as Las Aquilas (the Eagles).
Tickets remain in the $48 to $128 range. They’re available online or by calling (866) 388-3267.
Game time is 8 p.m.
