Frozen Paris

It's been colder than usual in Paris this winter; on only 11 days in January did the temperatures climb above 40 degrees during the day, and on 20 or the 31 days, nighttime lows fell bellow freezing, dipping to as chilly as 9 degrees. But that doesn't mean there's nothing to do outdoors. Just bundle up, and you'll be fine. Here's a look.
