Council of Baltimore Ravens Roosts. The Council of Baltimore Ravens Roosts, a group of more than 75 Ravens fan club members in the Mid-Atlantic region will hold their annual parade on May 31. The two-hour parade will feature Ravens players and cheerleaders, bands, floats and mascots. Event will begin at 10 a.m. and run along Baltimore Avenue, from 19th Street to 26th Street. Free. OC Beach Lights. On Sunday nights, May 24- Aug. 31, see an 8-minute laser light show that fills the sky with special effects, music – and new this year, fireworks — all visible from the boardwalk. Mako Mania. So you think you can catch a shark? The 18th annual Mako Mania shark tournament will be held June 6-8 at the Bahia Marina, between 21st and 22nd streets. Even people who don't compete enjoy watching the sharks being weighed. Info: bahiamarina.com

O.C. Cruzers.  Check out the cool vehicles displayed by The O.C. Cruzers along Somerset Street, near the boardwalk. The cars will be displayed during all of Somerset Plaza's music events. Dates are June 8, June 15, July 13, July 27, Aug. 10, Aug. 24 and Sept. 21. Info: ocdc.org

Wine in the Park.  Sample microbrew beers and wines all weekend from Mid-Atlantic vineyards while listening to live music and enjoying delicious food. Maryland State Firemen's Association conference. Maryland State Firemen's Association comes to Ocean City for its annual conference June 15-18. OC Air Show. The OC Air Show, June 14-15, features team parachute jumps and formation flights — just a few of the awe-inspiring attractions to see at this popular annual event. OC Car and Truck Show. All things automotive, including classic vehicles and trick trucks, make the OC Car and Truck Show one of the largest car shows on the East Coast. Expect special guest appearances, live entertainment, interactive displays and vendors selling all kinds of stuff for cars and trucks. The show, held at the Roland E. Dew Tour in Ocean City. Skateboarders, BMX bikers and more action sports competitors will perform dizzying feats of athleticism during the Dew Tour, returning to Ocean City for a fourth year and bringing plenty of entertainment, including free concerts. JULY

Fourth of July celebration. The Ocean City Department of Recreation and Parks puts on a great show for the Fourth of July, starting with a free concert at 8 p.m. and fireworks at 9:30 p.m. Fireworks take place on the beach and also at Northside Park.  Info: oceancitymd.gov

Concerts on the Beach. The first free Concert on the Beach of the summer is on July 9. The concerts are held Wednesdays through Aug. 27, from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the North Division Street Beach. Bring a chair, and consider arriving about 20 minutes early to get a good spot. Schedule is subject to change, but performers include Hot Sauce Sandwich, Rising Sun Reggae Band and Poole & the Gang.
