Elisha Toy, Glimpsed at Rehoboth Beach

Elisha Toy doesn't dress up much in the summer. "I usually just wear a tank top, flip flops and shorts," the 22-year-old Butler, Pa., resident said. Elisha was "glimpsed" at the beach in July, her second visit to Rehoboth Beach, looking pretty and fashionable in a bright pink tank top with a long, flowing, vibrant bohemian skirt. "I thought the skirt looked cute, so I thought I'd try it."

The look: Fuchsia spaghetti-strap tank top. Ankle-length turquoise, pink, purple, blue, white, red and yellow patterned bohemian skirt. Plain white rubber flip flops with pink straps. Silver necklace with a double-heart charm.

Where it came from: The tank top is from Aeropostale. The skirt and shoes were purchased at Forever 21. The necklace came from JCPenney.

Self-described style: "Just casual. That was the first time I ever wore a skirt like that."

Where she shops: "Mostly Forever 21 and Aero. I don't go much, maybe once a month."

Some of her favorite things: "I have one pair of cute jeans from Aero that fit perfect. I love them."
