"Mummies of the World," the largest exhibition of mummies ever assembled, is on display at the Franklin Institute. Highlights include The Detmold Child - a 6,420-year-old child mummy dating back further than King Tut - and, improbably, a howler monkey mummy dressed in a grass skirt. If mummies freak you out, how about sorcerers? The institute has one of the region's largest IMAX dome theaters and is now showing the latest in the Harry Potter series, among other films. Combo tickets including the movie and the museum are available. The museum is open 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $15.50 for adults. For more information, go to fi.edu.
