Madame Tussauds Wax Museum has unveiled four wax figures of singer Whitney Houston, each showcasing a different point in her career. One of each of the four figures will be put on display at the attraction's museums in New York, Washington, D.C., Hollywood, and Las Vegas. The D.C. location's statue, which went on display this month, depicts Houston during her 1991 Super Bowl performance of the national anthem. It is the first time the museum has simultaneously produced multiple likenesses of a single subject. The museum is open noon-6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday-Sunday. Regular admission is $22.79; discounts are available online at madametussauds.com/washington.
