This fall Southwest Airlines is adding Dallas and Punta Cana to the list of cities it serves nonstop from Baltimore.
Beginning Oct. 13, travelers can fly from BWI-Marshall Airport to Dallas Love Field, where the airline got its start more than 40 years ago. Introductory fares are $99 each way for travel Oct. 13 to Dec. 17. Book by May 23.
The airline also announced Monday that it will add two cities - Punta Cana and Mexico City - to its roster of international destinations, part of Southwest's continued integration of AirTran.
Customers can take daily nonstop flights between Baltimore and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, beginning Nov. 2. Introductory sale fares start at $195 each way and must be booked by May 25 for travel through Dec. 14.
Southwest is accepting flight reservations for travel through Jan. 4.
