With nearly 100 acres of skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing trails, this resort has plenty of space for adventure seekers to roam. Liberty Mountain features 16 trails and three parks for three ability levels, with its longest run measuring at 5,200 feet.
What's new: Additional rails and boxes were added to Liberty Mountain's Terrain Park. Other changes include renovations to Liberty Hotel and the Children's Learning Center, and new 80-centimeter boards equipped with Riglet reels to help teach kids balance and turning on the slopes.
What it costs: Adult prices range from $41 for a nighttime lift ticket during non-peak hours to $62 for an all-day ticket.
