The nation's capital never falls short of expectations when it comes to delivering holiday fun. One of D.C.'s main attractions is the Capitol Christmas Tree, above, which can be found on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol. Other activities not to miss include the National Menorah commemorating Hanukkah and the exhibit, ICE!, at the Gaylord National, which displays two million pounds of ice sculptures.
For D.C., the median asking price is $475,000.
