There's been a lot of Natalie Portman on-screen lately, between her Oscar-winning work in "Black Swan" and such subsequent releases as "No Strings Attached" and "Your Highness." This drama from director-screenwriter Don Roos ("Bounce") actually was made before those but saw a brief theatrical life only recently.
Portman plays the new wife of a previously married man (Scott Cohen), and her place in his life alarms both her stepson (Charlie Tahan) and her spouse's previous mate (Lisa Kudrow). A personal tragedy she has suffered compounds her concerns. *** (R: AS, P) (Also on Blu-ray)
