Turkey & Peaches in Pita Pocket Sandwich


1 pita pocket whole grain, cut in half

5 ounces Eckrich Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast with Bacon Deli Meat

¾ cup mixed baby greens and/or spinach

1 large peach, seeded and cut into slices

1 to 2 tablespoons light Italian Dressing


Divide turkey breast, greens and peach slices between two pita pocket halves. Drizzle with Italian dressing if desired. Enjoy!  Recipe created by Kim Galeaz, RD CD
