Broadcasting partners, Fox 59 and Indiana’s 4 seek Receptionist/HR Assistant to answer the main switchboard, greet customers and perform administrative tasks. Computer literacy, typing and data entry proficiency, exceptional telephone and customer service skills, dependability, and an enthusiastic, professional demeanor are required. The successful candidate will maintain databases, generate applicant correspondence, and coordinate drug screens, background checks and interviews. Perform clerical assignments such as filing, preparing mail merges, and responding to customer inquiries. Previous human resources experience is a plus.
Job Description: Answers main switchboard and greets visitors, as well as provide support to Human Resources, General Manager and overflow assistance to Sales. Maintains multiple databases, generates correspondence to applicants and coordinates drug screens, background checks and interviews. Performs clerical tasks such as mass mailings and responding to customer inquiries by email. Assist VP/General manager, General Sales Manager and News Director when needed. Assist with accounting and programming logs, the Master account list for both stations and provide assistance with pre and post logs when needed in Sales. Coordinate conference room schedules and provide back-up to sales inputting orders. Collates and stuffs accounting invoices, sales contract confirmations and other mailings. Others duties as assigned by supervisor.
