Jury deliberations in the case of a former funeral director began Tuesday.
Marvin Boatright is accused of forging death certificates and stealing money from customers who pre-paid for funerals.
Boatright is also connected to an investigation of a newborn baby's body found in a trash bin near his Indianapolis funeral home in 2009.
He has not been charged in the infant's death.
