World famous athletes tee it up to get kids active!

Hall of Fame wide receiver Jerry Rice and two sport phenom Bo Jackson hit the links Tuesday morning at the Bridgewater Club in Westfield.

The event, hosted by the Finish Line Youth Foundation, supports organizations that give kids access to athletics.

Rice believes that it's crucial to any kid's development.

"As a kid, getting outside, being active, and not being inside playing with those different games, getting out, running around,” said Rice.

The foundation predicts this year's event will bring in more than $350,000 worth of contributions to their cause.
