HIGH WINDS AND RAIN
Indiana will see high winds and rain as the remnants of Hurricane Sandy push back west toward the mainland United States.
The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Wind Advisory beginning at 5 p.m. Monday.

The NWS predicts Central Indiana will be impacted by the outer bands of the storm beginning this afternoon,
Sustained winds from the north-northwest at 20 to 25 mph are expected by midday Monday.
By nightfall, winds could increase to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph east of a line from Lafayette to Greencastle to Columbus, Ind.
Farther south and west from that line, wind values will decrease with scattered rain east of I-65 Monday and Tuesday night.
ELECTRIC UTILITIES HELP
Duke Energy has decided to keep line crews in Indiana to prepare for any wind-related power outages.
Indianapolis Power and Light has 22 linemen headed east, prepared to assist east coast power companies.
The Indianapolis International Airport expects flight delays and cancellations due to Hurricane Sandy.
As of early Monday morning, the airport reported 1 delay and 32 flight cancelations in advance of the storm.
Carlo Bertolini, Spokesperson for the Indianapolis International Airport says many airlines have inquired about storing planes at Indianapolis until the storm has passed.
Many airlines have also issued travel advisories. Check with your individual airline before heading to the airport.
RED CROSS ASSISTS
American Red Cross volunteers from the Indianapolis are also preparing to move east after the storm.
Two volunteers from Muncie, one from Martinsville and another from Noblesville are staged awaiting orders as soon as it's safe to move in to the area.
