Indiana Pacers players involved in incident outside Orlando club

Police responded to the scene outside of Club 23 around 2:45 a.m.

Orlando, Fla.

Just hours before several Pacers players spent time at Disney World Thursday, several were involved in a fight at an Orlando club.

Police responded to the scene outside of Club 23 around 2:45 a.m.

According to TMZ, the fight began when a clubgoer accused 7'1" Kyrylo Fesenko of "bumping into him." The man began yelling at Fesenko. Fesenko began to walk away but a large mob formed and continued to yell.

That's when Danny Granger reportedly charged toward clubgoers. Granger's friends were able to hold him back.

The teammates eventually walked away.

A Pacers representative released the following statement:

"Our players were provoked into a verbal confrontation and ended up walking away from the confrontation. To make something more out of this than what it was is ludicrous."
