Colts' star Marvin Harrison is facing a civil suit stemming from a shooting last spring outside a Philadelphia car wash.

The man who was shot is suing, accusing the Colts' star of either firing the gun or being negligent.

The man was shot in the hand and his son got hit by flying glass when someone opened fire on their car back in April. The car wash is owned by the Colts' wide receiver.

Harrison was never charged with a crime, but Philladelphia police say they found his gun at the scene.

The Colts aren't commenting on the lawsuit at this time.
