Indiana State Excise Police handed out 15 citations and made two arrests during a Tuesday concert at White River State Park.
According to excise police, nine people were cited for having marijuana, including a 16 year old. Three citations were given for alcohol-related offenses. In addition, three adults were charged with providing alcohol to minors. Three juveniles were given citations for having tobacco.
Two women were arrested on preliminary charges of possessing pot.
Excise police said the citations and arrests happened during Thursday's Unity Tour 2012 concert, which featured acts including 311, Slightly Stoopid and the Aggrolites.
