Confirmed Artists: Max Creek, Bronze Radio Return, The Alternate Routes, The Brew, The Kenny Mehler Band, The McLovins, Fear Nuttin' Band, Joey Batts and Them, Forward Motion, Frank Viele and The Manhattan Project, The Savage Brothers, Echo & Drake, 1974, Gone By Daylight, Train Wreck Confidential, Brian Jarvis Trio, Project 7, To The Rescue, John Mayock and The Homesteaders, Branded, Skyline Drive, Sean Rivers, Al Diaz, Jamie's Junk Show, Bloomer, Luli & The Innocents.
Venues: The Great Hall at Union Station, Up or On the Rocks, Black Bear Saloon, Black-eyed Sally’s, Pig’s-eye Pub, The Tavern Downtown, Pour House, Rocking Horse Saloon, and The Russian Lady.
The details have yet to be worked out, but there's a tentative date -- January 27 -- for a benefit to be held across five venues in Downtown Hartford, according to local musician Kenny Mehler.
Mehler posted on his band's Facebook page on Saturday that he's looking for musicians to participate. The post has already been shared over 500 times and liked by over 200 followers. Dozens of local bands have volunteered.
All proceeds will go to the victim's families and various support groups, according to the post.
In a separate Facebook message, Mehler said more information about the event will be available today. Stay tuned for updates as they become available.
