Spinach and Blueberry Salad Jessica Smith, RD

1 package fresh spinach, rinsed

1 pint fresh blueberries or 1Ž2 cup dried blueberries

1Ž2 cup feta cheese

1Ž4 cup walnuts, chopped

2 tbsp balsamic or blueberry vinegar

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Combine spinach, blueberries, feta cheese, and walnuts together in salad bowl. Mix vinegar and olive oil together. Pour over salad and toss.
