THE FOOD FLIP

Cancer Treatment Center of America Executive chef, Larry  Kessel, joined FOX 43 Morning News to show off some of the easiest ways to flip your regular meals into healthier ones.

Rice Fried Vegetables 

1 TBS         Canola or Toasted Sesame Oil

3 Each        Large Eggs Beaten

3 Each        Green Onions Chopped (1/4 cup)

1 .5 TBS     Minced Fresh Ginger

4 Cups        Fresh Chopped Broccoli

½ Cup         Diced Red Peppers

½ Cup         Shredded Carrots

2 Cloves     Garlic Finely Chopped

2 Cups        Chopped Kale
