The weekend snowstorm brought many tree limbs across Central Pennsylvania to the ground and weighed down power lines. Thousands of people were left in the dark.

Instead of preparing Monday for Halloween, many people were cutting tree limbs and bushes, while others were working to get power restored.

"Sometimes we take turns bathing at a relatives' house," said Susan Crider, Dover Township resident. "Something like that. But we're making due as best as possible."

"I don't know if I want to make a prediction, but if it stays like this, we're in trouble," said Andrew Miller, Dallastown resident.

Med Ed told Fox 43 all power should be restored to its customers by Sunday.
