Broiled Fluke with Balsamic Vidalia Onions

1 large Vidalia onion, cut into sixths
1 tablespoon of Food Emporium Trading Company Olive Oil
2 tablespoons of Via Roma Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Fresh Thyme, picked free from stem
1 tablespoon of Fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon of Fresh Rosemary, chopped
1-1 1/2 lb fluke filet
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/8 teaspoon of pepper, ground

Preheat Broiler and line a baking pan with foil.
Toss the oil and vinegar with the onions, spread on the baking pan and broil for 5 minutes.
Turn the onions over, spread them to the edge and place the fluke in the center of the pan.
Brush the fluke with olive oil, season with pepper.
Return pan to the broiler for 5 minutes.
Remove from the broiler, toss the onions with the fresh herbs and serve over the fluke.
