PHL 17's Ashley Johnson "Gets It Right, Gets It Tight" at the Yoga Center in Medford.  Instructor Alaine Portner shows how yoga techniques can flatten your stomach and erase wrinkles on your face, so there's no need for cosmetic surgery.  She says yoga helps both your physical and mental appearance.  She goes over several facial exercises to help someone keep their youthfulness.  The popular yoga stance "downward dog" she says really uses the core muscles, which helps both stomach and leg muscles.
