The key to grooming the top athletes and getting someone in shape--PHL 17's Ashley Johnson just found out at Legacy Youth Tennis And Education. Not only did the center change its name from Arthur Ashe, but there's also a new fitness program known as Corexcell. It's helping athletes improve their game by training the body's core. Trainer Zack Fuller says it's all making sure the body is properly aligned so that the back isn't overarched and areas like shoulders remain flexible. It's a great workout anybody can join.
