The US Anti-Doping Agency has released a damning report, accusing, cycling star, Lance Armstrong of being at the center of what it calls "the most sophisticated, professionalized, and successful doping program that sport has ever seen."

The report is more than 1,000 pages in length and has not been made public.  It includes sworn testimony from former teammates.

The USADA claims it is a summary of the facts the agency used to strip Armstrong of his seven Tour de France titles.  Armstrong himself has not yet commented on the report.

Armstrong's team is already on the defense.

One lawyer said, “USADA, the prosecutor, now pretends to issue its own ‘reasoned decision,’ even though there was no judge, no jury, and no hearing."
