Six months after buying a house on Chicago’s north side, Rosie O’Donnell is putting the house up for sale.
In an interview with the Chicago Tribune, O’Donnell’s publicist said the $2.5 million purchase was an impulse-buy.
Publicist Cindi Berger says, “She bought a house because she felt that she wanted the kids to have a backyard and to live in a neighborhood. But the kids only come on the weekends -- she doesn't need that big house."
The 6,000-square-foot house has five bedrooms, a theater room and a 2,000-square-foot roof deck.
