man was killed this morning when gun shots were fired through his living room window.
The incident happend shortly after midnight on the 200 block of South 45th Avenue.
The victim was identified as 18-year-old James Romero.
Romero was taken to Gottlieb Memorial Hospital in Melrose Park
where he was pronounced dead, according to a spokesman for the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Northlake police are investigating.
No suspects are in custody.
