1 cup flour
3/4 cup dashi
2-3 cups napa cabbage (shredded)
1/2 cup shishito peppers (chopped)
1 cup bean sprouts
1 green onion (chopped)
3 slices bacon

Mix the dashi and egg in a large bowl. Add flour mixing well until you get the consistency of pancake batter. Add cabbage, shishito and bean sprouts. Heat some oil in pan. Pour in mixture and top with the bacon slices. Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 5-15 minutes per side. Top with tonkatsu sauce, mayonnaise and green onion and slice. Finish with bonito flakes
