Chicken Bocconcini

6 oz chicken breast pounded
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of crushed red pepper
3 cups crushed tomatoes
1 pinch oregano
2 oz prosciutto chopped
1/2 cup onion
5 pieces bocconcini ( fresh mozzarella)
1/2 clove garlic (roasted)
1/2 cup chopped celery

Saute chicken breast in olive oil. Set aside when finished. Deglaze in same pan. Add garlic, tomatoes, seasoning, celery, onions and prosciutto. Cook until reduced to about half the amount. Put chicken breasts back in pan with the sauce. Top with bocconcini. Serve over a bed of angel hair pasta.
