Former Springfield powerbroker William Cellini will go before a federal judge today.
He's expected to ask to serve his prison sentence at a federal prison camp in Montgomery, Alabama.
Cellini was convicted of trying to shake down a Hollywood producer to make a $1.5 million donation to former governor Rod Blagojevich in exchange for a state contract.
