A Chicago alderman is in the hospital Monday morning, after she collapsed in Englewood.
Ald. Joann Thompson, Ward 16, was attending a two-day music festival in her name, when she suddenly passed out, just before 8 p.m. Sunday.
She’s being treated at Rush University Medical Center.
There’s no word on the cause of her collapse but hospital officials she's in stable condition.
