The Tigers took advantage of 3 Southeasntern errors in the second inning to score four times on the way to a 7-3 win Tuesday night at Alex Box Stadium. The game was played before an actual attendance of 7.903, a record for a midweek game at the Box.

LSU starter Ty Jones pitched 6.1 innings of 2 run baseball. He allowed 5 hits. Mason Katz was 3 for 4 with a run scored for the Tigers.

LSU is now 8-0, SLU is 6-2.

At Turchin stadium, Garrett Cannizaro's bases loaded single in the 9th won it for the Green Wave, 3-2 over Northwestern State. Tulane is now 6-2 on the season.
