In the fictional comic sci-fi world, superheroes and villains would never rub shoulders with their mortal enemies. But in the real world, these mythical creatures set aside their differences, for the fans.

Wizard World Comic Con hosted a mythical character who got up close and personal with the fans. Enthusiasts wasted no time snapping up memorabilia from action figures to classic comics and even a chance to sit in the very Delorean Michael J. Fox drove back to the future. But it was just as much a treat for the stars.

"That's one of the nice things about doing these conventions," said Clare Kramer, who played "Glory," in the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" series. "You really get a chance to come out one on one with people who see the movies."

This is the first Comic Con held in New Orleans. The event wraps up Sunday, January 30 at 5:00 p.m.
