Serves: 6

12 oz. Feta cheese
6 large cloves finely minced garlic
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cholula hot sauce to taste
Assorted dippers:
- Pita chips
- Fresh fennel slices
- Black and green olives
- Other vegetables

1. Place all ingredients except parsley in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Remove from the food processor and stir in parsley.
3. Serve with assorted dippers.
