Based on the book by Ian Fleming, the creator of James Bond, witten for his son, the much loved 1968 film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was part of everyones childhood. A sensational score by the renowned Sherman Brothers includes such unforgettable songs as Truly Scrumptious, Toot Sweets, Hushabye Mountain, and, of course, its Oscar-nominated title song Chitty Chitty Bang Bang..

The fantastic adventures of this out-of-the-ordinary car that flies through the air and sails the seas, are reaching a new generation through an enthralling and enchanting stage musical. The show runs about 2 hours with one intermission. Recommended for all ages.

Christian Youth Theater is a non-profit, educational theater arts program for students 4-18 in the Aurora, Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kenosha, Lake, McHenry, Oak Park, and Rockford Metro areas and has approximately 6,000 students per year.
