Some areas of the Baltimore region saw flurries Tuesday morning as temperatures remained 10-15 degrees below normal. Overnight lows were forecast in the mid-30s, and some areas saw light snow showers in the early morning hours. Less than an inch of accumulation is expected, with the best chances along the Mason-Dixon Line. Afternoon highs are forecast in the lower 40s. Normal highs this time of year are in the mid- to upper 50s. The clouds are expected to clear out by the evening. Rain is possible Wednesday, with temperatures expected to hover around 50s. A brief warm-up, potentially to 70 degrees, is forecast Thursday, with more rain and possibly thunderstorms....
