Baltimore gets a White Christmas only one year out of every decade, on average, and this is not that year. Wet, mild weather is forecast for the days leading up to the holiday, including Christmas Eve. While things should dry out for Christmas, temperatures will still be well above normal. An inch to an inch and a half of rain is possible from Monday through early Christmas morning. And temperatures could near 60 degrees on Christmas Eve, expected to hit the lower 50s on Christmas Day.
