First lets start with our Pretty and Delicious Pumpkin Mousse.

Combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and 1 cup of heavy cream in a medium saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Once done let cool completely.

Pour the remaining heavy cream and vanilla in a medium size bowl and then whip with whisk until the whipped cream forms soft peaks then gently fold the pumpkin mixture into the whipped cream.  Pour Pumpkin Mousse into desired serving dish and refrigerate until you ready to serve.

Now for the Grand Marnier Whipped Cream

In a medium bowl whisk the heavy cream, sugar and Grand Marnier liqueur. Whisk until the mixture becomes firm and forms what are stiff peak. You are looking for the whipped cream to be able to stand up on top of the whisk. When finished whisking place in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
