  17. U.S. Marshals Arrest a Virginia Murder Suspect in Dauphin County

    The United States. Marshals Fugitive Task Force captured a Virginia murder suspect in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County.  Last month, the suspect 21 year old Timothy Walker  of Chester, Virginia allegedly got into an argument with a seventeen year old boy and began shooting at him.   The seventeen year old was struck in the leg.  A thirteen year old boy running from the shooting was killed when a stray bullet struck him in the back.   As a result of the incident, the Chesterfield County Police Department charged Walker with Murder, Malicious Wounding, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony and participating in a Criminal Street Gang.
