    As of 8:45 a.m. Monday, the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 at Route 24 in Edgewood in <a title="Harford County" href="http://www.baltimoresun.com/topic/us/maryland/harford-county-PLGEO100100611000000.topic">Harford County</a> were reopened after an accident injured four people, including a 7-year-old girl at about 4:45 a.m., according to state police. Police did not have any additional information about the extent of the victims' injuries.
