13. Welcome to new Perry Hall Improvement Association members; goodbye to Noelle

The Perry Hall Improvement Association and President Dennis M. Robinson Jr. are happy to share the group's spring news and events for our community. First on the agenda, Dennis welcomes three new PHIA board members: Carrie Flora, Pat Keller and Josh Sutherland. "I look forward to working with them and the other current board members to ensure that we remain proud to call Perry Hall home", Dennis said. As the three new members settle in, PHIA thanks three exiting members Diane Brazil, the Rev. Elmer Klein and Bob Mowry for their many years of dedicated service to the Perry Hall community: "Diane's efforts over the years have made Perry Hall greener and cleaner. Rev. Elmer Klein is the longest-serving board member in the history of the PHIA and always provided sound advice based on his wisdom and experience. Bob Mowry's careful consideration of zoning and development proposals has been instrumental over the past few years."
